I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Engineering with a focus on process controlling and project management. During the last few years I have gained professional experience and valuable skills in agile project management as well as in business analysis in different types of projects across industries. While being on projects I have always been perceived as a result-driven and proactive team player.
I like my profession because I have the possibility to combine my strengths and passion for entrepreneurship, new technologies, ideas and new ways of thinking to support our customers toward achieving their goals.

Security concept for O365

As a business analyst, I accompanied the introduction of Office 365 in compliance with the computer system validation requirements. This also included the migration of data from the existing SharePoint 2010 and setting up governance for the use of the Office 365 tools. In addition, Adobe Sign was introduced for the electronic signing of documents.

Introduction of O365

As a business analyst, I was responsible for defining the security and compliance concept for the Office 365 environment by analyzing internal and external requirements. In addition, a proof of concept was conducted for the migration of data from the existing solution to SharePoint Online.

IT integration strategy

As Scrum Master and Assistant Product Owner, he was involved in the development of the IT integration strategy and its implementation following an agile approach after a merger.
