Electronic lab journals
For a life sciences company, I introduced electronic lab journals hosted in a validated cloud, enabling the deployment of software applications on all mobile devices while ensuring quality and security.


New contact service center
As program and project manager I was responsible for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of a contact center service that is scalable and allows the integration of new locations, services and processes.


Improved collaboration
With the aim of improving the collaboration between internal project managers and day-to-day operations, I used interviews and workshops to identify the core problems in collaboration. Based on this, I developed an action plan and accompanied the client until the implementation in daily operations.
