BACKGROUND
While I have my focus on leading high-performance teams and organizations, with over 12 years of industry experience and numerous assignments as program and project manager for international and national life sciences corporations, it is my passion to control complex, company-wide initiatives.
With a bachelor’s degree in business information systems and a diploma in general management from the University of St. Gallen, I have actively developed and supported strategic customer accounts for many years.

Migration of applications
As Program Manager I was responsible for the migration of 300 business applications in a GxP environment due to a company split. Starting with identifying and categorizing relevant applications and building an effective program structure, I led the initiative to success.
Implementation of Salesforce
When implementing a centralized, Salesforce-based, global CRM solution, I coordinated the proof-of-concept to evaluate the right solution. I was responsible for defining and integrating an agile implementation concept according to Scrum and managed the project until a stable support organization was successfully established.
New office solution
I accompanied the introduction of a new office solution from understanding the business requirements, to the implementation and validation up to team trainings and support for new office components.
